- - Research of senior marks/design and evaluation in Japan and all over the countries
- - Enforcement in terms of trademark/design before the Office, namely observation, opposition, invalidation, cancellation and seeking for official evaluation on ability of trademark/design.
- - Ligation in terms of a decision by the Tribunal Court at the Office
- - Civil Litigation in terms of trademark/design enforcement
- - ADR filed with e.g. WIPO, Japan ADR Center etc. for disputes of Internet domain name
- - Making and proceed with strategies in terms of counterfeiting
